* Rogers Tennis Club sells weekly Permanent Court Time (PCT) all 12 months of the year. To reserve PCT you must be a member in good standing. Non-Members may be part of your PCT and will be charged the per-person guest fee.
Permanent Court Time Usage Policies:
PCT is sold in 8-week blocks of time and must be paid in advance.
Rogers Tennis Club may cancel and credit PCT reservations for special events (Tournaments, College or High School Tennis Matches, Etc.).
There are no refunds for unused PCT. If you are not able to make your time, please let Rogers Tennis Club Staff know as soon as possible. We will attempt to resell your time and credit your account. If we are unable to resell your court time, no credit will be issued.
PCT reservations are made on a first-come basis and/or a seniority basis. Members who have PCT will have the first option to renew their time for another 8-week block. Members who choose to drop their PCT slots for any part of the year will lose their seniority and will need to request PCT when they are ready to begin again. NOTE: There is no guarantee you will receive your same PCT if you let it lapse during the year.
PCT is a "reserved time" each week NOT a "specific reserved court". By entering into a PCT agreement with RTC, you will have a court at the time established with the club. The court you play on each week may change depending on the schedule that night at RTC. Your PCT does NOT guarantee you the same court each week.
